Activity/organization/distribution structure

This division encompasses the IT companies of Crédit Mutuel Alliance Fédérale and the logistics organizations.

All of Crédit Mutuel Alliance Fédérale's IT operations are held within Euro-Information SAS, a holding company which manages their financing and invests in their IT and technical resources. The company, which also operates internationally, designs, produces, maintains and operates a shared IT system used by the Crédit Mutuel Alliance Fédérale group and all of its member entities.

It includes the following entities tasked with specific goals:

  • Euro-Information Production (EIP): the production (data center), systems and networks, logistics (managing rollouts of IT hardware), organization and IT purchasing center of Crédit Mutuel Alliance Fédérale;
  • Euro-Information Développements (EID): construction and maintenance of IT solutions provided through the shared IT system shared of the 16 Crédit Mutuel federations and to the CIC banks and the various Crédit Mutuel and CIC specialist centers;
  • Euro-Information Service (EIS): installation and maintenance of the IT hardware of the local banks and bank branches, as well electronic payments equipment (payment terminals notably) for many traders;
  • Euro-Personnalisation Chéquiers, Cartes, Composants (Euro P3C): personalization of cards, checkbooks and other items;
  • Traitement des Valeurs et Services (Euro TVS): dematerialization and processing of documents;
  • Euro-Information Direct Services (EIDS): turnkey call campaigns and call management for all our partners through our Customer Relations Center, serving the Crédit Mutuel and CIC networks and the subsidiaries of Crédit Mutuel Alliance Fédérale. 7.5 million contacts with customers via outgoing calls, 1 million via incoming calls, 730,000 appointments booked and 270,000 products pre-sold;
  • Euro-Télé Services (ETS): processing of all incoming calls 24/7;
  • Euro-Protection Surveillance (EPS): home surveillance for personal and professional customers;
  • Idnomic: production and issuance of digital identification codes for all uses and resources;
  • Lyf Pay: mobile app launched in 2017 as a result of the merger of Fivory and Wa! (BNPP) and a new universal mobile payment solution and online wallet for our member-customers;
  • Epithète: collaborative portal designed to simplify the online management of all customer-supplier relations;
  • Euro Automatic Cash (EAC): owner and manager of the Spanish ATM network;
